Home / Vehicle Tube Parts
Two pages, both road vehicles, and the same bending machines behind them. What changes between the two is which property of the part nobody can compromise on: on a crash bar it is a left and a right part matching and the face the buyer sees; on a door frame it is four corners staying coplanar so the door still closes. Getting the page right first is what makes two quotations comparable.
| Page | What the buyer makes | What is checked first |
|---|---|---|
| Motorcycle & ATV | Crash bars, engine guards, rear and roof luggage racks, pannier frames, centre stands, plate frames | A left and a right part matching, and the visible face after coating |
| Automotive | Door frames for buggies and patrol vehicles, roof ladder racks, guard and bull bars, EV charging-cable hooks | The four corners staying coplanar after welding, so the door still closes |
Crash bars, engine guards, rear and roof racks, pannier frames, centre stands and plate frames — bent and welded as pairs, coated outside. The page covers pair matching, the visible face, and the vehicle parts we will not take on.
Door frames for beach buggies, kart buggies and patrol vehicles, roof ladder racks, guard bars and EV charging-cable hooks. Tube welded to laser cut plate in a fixture, so the frame stays flat.
| Tube and material | Round, square and oval tube Ø4–150 mm, wall 0.8–5 mm. Carbon steel, 304 and 316L stainless, aluminium 6061 and 6063, copper on request. Laser tube cutting to Ø220 mm and 6 m lengths. |
|---|---|
| Finishing | Welding, deburring and sandblasting in house; powder coating and plating outsourced, or the part is supplied bare for your own coater. |
| Quantity and time | MOQ one piece. Prototypes in 3 days for standard round tube with tooling already on the rack; production runs in 25–40 days depending on the finishing route. |
| Not held | No IATF 16949, no PPAP, no E-mark or ECE approval. If your customer requires any of the three, say so before the drawing is quoted — the page on documents and certificates lists what can and cannot be issued. |
Vehicle-sector orders are exported by Jinfeng Locomotive Technology Co., Ltd. (广州锦峰机车科技有限公司). The parts are made in the same Panyu workshop, by the same machines and the same operators, as every other page on this site — only the contracting entity changes. Non-vehicle export orders go through Guangzhou Xinsiyuan Technology Co., Ltd.
Both entities share the confirmed workshop address. Names and establishment dates are not interchangeable, so paperwork, invoices and shipping documents should always carry the entity that issued them. The full comparison is on company facts.
One line is enough: what the part is fixed to and what has to survive. The first reply says whether the radius, wall and material are workable, and which documents can be issued.
