About — Tube Bending in Panyu, Guangzhou, Since 2013

Guangzhou Panyu NEW SIYUAN Metal Processing Machinery Factory bends tube to drawing: outside diameter Ø4–150 mm, wall 0.8–5 mm, in carbon steel, 304 and 316L stainless, aluminium and copper. The workshop is a single 8,500 m² building in Panyu District, in the south of Guangzhou, and it has been running since 2013. What follows is who the legal entities are, which processes sit inside this building and which do not, who answers your enquiry, and where the parts have gone.

Three companies, one workshop addressThe names on the invoice are not the same as the name on the machines, and it is worth knowing which is which.

Manufacturing company Guangzhou Panyu NEW SIYUAN Metal Processing Machinery Factory
广州市番禺区新思远金属加工机械厂
This is the factory. It bends the tube, welds the parts and issues the inspection record. Manufacturing since 2013. Every capability figure on this site belongs to this entity.
Export company — non-vehicle Guangzhou Xinsiyuan Technology Co., Ltd.
广州市新偲远科技有限公司
Established 11 December 2014. It handles export paperwork and invoicing for orders outside the vehicle sector. It is not the manufacturing entity, and it does not bend anything itself. The English name is used for trading; it is not presented as the English name on the Chinese licence.
Export company — vehicle Jinfeng Locomotive Technology Co., Ltd.
The vehicle-sector export entity, used for motorcycle, off-road and vehicle tube parts. The parts are still made in the Panyu workshop; only the exporting entity changes.

All three use the same confirmed workshop address: 广州市番禺区大龙街傍江西村将军子路7号 — No. 7, Jiangjunzi Road, Bangjiangxi Village, Dalong Street, Panyu District, Guangzhou, Guangdong, China. The Chinese wording controls. The full list of what each entity does, with dates, is on company facts.

The workshop, in numbersEach figure has a scope attached. Read the scope, not only the number.

In production since2013 — the manufacturing factory. The export company dates from 2014.
Workshop floor8,500 m² for this building. Counting the sister workshops next door, roughly 10,000 m² is in use.
People100–130 across the group, including the sister workshops. This is not the headcount of the bending floor alone, and the site does not publish one.
Bending machines8 tube benders, split by diameter class: one Ø150, two Ø90, two Ø63, two Ø32, one Ø20. Above Ø90 mm only one machine is suitable, so large-diameter work is scheduled rather than queued.
Bending rangeØ4–150 mm outside diameter, wall 0.8–5 mm, round, square and oval.
Laser tube cuttingUp to Ø220 mm and 6 m lengths. Cutting only — a tube above Ø150 mm can be cut here and cannot be bent here.
Equipment base22 machine types, 91 units, plus 2 packing lines. The number describes what the workshop holds, not what it can produce per month; throughput is not published.
Prototype3 days for a standard round tube with an existing die. A non-standard section or a new die adds about 2 weeks before the first part is bent.
Production batch25–40 days, and a batch can be called off in parts.
Minimum order1 piece. A single part is the normal way a new drawing starts here. Sample tooling cost is carried by the buyer.

Why the workshop is in PanyuIt is a supply-chain answer, not a sentiment.

Panyu sits inside the Pearl River Delta metalworking belt. Within an hour of this building there are tube mills, aluminium extruders, die makers, platers and powder coaters. That matters for one practical reason: when a job needs a die, a grade of stainless that is not on the rack, or a finish that is not done in-house, the delay is measured in days rather than in shipping time. A workshop in this belt can quote a new radius without also quoting an import lead time for the tooling.

The same density is why this factory can keep nine processes close together. Bending is the main line. Cutting, CNC, sheet metal bending, welding, grinding, sandblasting, an electrolytic wash and assembly sit around it in the same building, so a part that needs a bracket welded on after bending does not travel to a second supplier between operations. Stamping and deep drawing, die casting, injection moulding and wire EDM are done at the sister workshops next door, not on this floor.

Read the difference carefully, because it is where most suppliers overstate. This site says at our sister workshops for those four processes and never says everything is under one roof. Surface finishing is a third case: plating, powder coating, painting and mirror polishing go to outside shops, or the parts ship bare if you prefer to keep finishing in your own chain.

Who answers when you send a drawingFour roles. The person who replies is only the first of them, and the last one is why a price takes longer than a feasibility answer.

Yang Mingyuan
Export contact
Signs the replies you get from this site. Reads the enquiry, works out which process the part needs and which of the three companies the order belongs to, and keeps the file moving. His direct line is +86 191 2920 6253. He does not quote prices and does not make the technical call.
The engineering teamComes in at the quotation stage, not as a customer-service desk. Two things only: reading the drawing for what is missing — wall, centreline radius, material grade, tolerance, finish, document requirements — and deciding whether a new die, a welding fixture or extra inspection adds cost to the job.
The ownerReviews the quotation before it leaves. This is the last step, and it is the reason a price is not attached to the first reply.
The workshopBends, welds, inspects and packs. First-article inspection and the record that goes with it are produced here. The inspection method is described on the quality page.

Two things follow. The WhatsApp number on this site is a customer-service line, not the export contact's own handset — the mobile number above is his. And a price passes through engineering and then the owner before you see it, which is why it never arrives in the first message.

What does arrive first is the workability answer, because that can be decided from the drawing alone: the tube size against Ø4–150 mm, the wall against 0.8–5 mm, the radius against the dies held here, and whether the document you need can be issued at all. If a part is outside those limits, or needs a certificate this factory does not hold, that is said in the first reply rather than after a quotation round.

Where the parts goExport here is a list of destinations, not a claim.

Parts made in this workshop have shipped to eight countries: Egypt, France, Thailand, Algeria, Sudan, Kazakhstan, Hungary and South Africa. The work divides into five families, and the buyer in each one is worried about a different property of the part.

Some parts in production cannot be named. Several vehicle parts here are made under NDA, and they appear on this site described by process and material only, without customer names, drawings or photographs of the finished assembly. If your part needs the same treatment, say so in the first message.

What this site does not claimThe section that decides whether the rest is worth reading.

The same limits are listed with more detail on certificates and documents and on company facts, which is the page to cite if you need one URL with the numbers on it.

Company questionsFour that decide whether this factory fits, answered the way they were asked.

Who owns the factory and who handles export orders?
The manufacturing company is Guangzhou Panyu NEW SIYUAN Metal Processing Machinery Factory, manufacturing in Panyu District, Guangzhou since 2013. Non-vehicle export orders are invoiced by a separate export company, Guangzhou Xinsiyuan Technology Co., Ltd., established on 11 December 2014. Vehicle-related export orders are handled by Jinfeng Locomotive Technology Co., Ltd. All three use the same workshop address; the manufacturing entity is the one that bends the tube.
How large is the workshop and how many people work there?
The single workshop building is 8,500 m², with roughly 10,000 m² in use when the sister workshops next door are counted. The figure of 100 to 130 people is the group figure across the workshop and those sister units, not the headcount of this bending workshop alone. The site does not publish a separate headcount for the bending floor.
Which processes are in-house and which are not?
Tube bending, laser tube cutting, CNC machining, sheet metal bending, welding, grinding, sandblasting, an electrolytic wash and assembly are carried out in this workshop. Stamping and deep drawing, die casting, injection moulding and wire EDM are carried out at sister workshops. Plating, powder coating, painting and mirror polishing are sent to outside finishing shops, or the parts ship bare for the buyer to finish.
Does the factory hold a current ISO 9001 certificate?
The ISO 9001 certificate held here expired on 8 September 2025. The factory held certification and the processes that supported it are still followed, but no current certificate is claimed on this site and no certificate number is published. Material certificates to EN 10204 3.1 can be requested per order and are issued by the steel mill, not by this factory.

How to startOne drawing, one quantity, one message.

A photograph of the part with tube diameter, wall, radius and quantity is enough for a first answer; a drawing is needed before a price. A single piece is an acceptable order. If the radius needs a new die you will hear that, with the added time, in the first reply rather than after the tooling is made.

Send the drawing. We will tell you whether it is a bending job.

Tube size, wall, radius and how many pieces. If the radius needs a new die, you hear that in the first reply along with the lead time.
