NewSiyuan Tube company facts
NewSiyuan Tube presents custom tube fabrication by Guangzhou Panyu NEW SIYUAN Metal Processing Machinery Factory, manufacturing in Panyu, Guangzhou since 2013. Non-vehicle export orders are handled by the separate Guangzhou Xinsiyuan Technology Co., Ltd., established on 11 December 2014. The factory bends tube within Ø4–150 mm OD (outside diameter from 4 to 150 millimetres); laser cutting up to Ø220 mm is a separate, cutting-only capability.
Updated . These are capability ranges and enquiry baselines, not an unconditional specification for every part.
Manufacturing company and export company
The manufacturing company makes the tube parts. The export company handles non-vehicle export orders; it is not the manufacturing entity. The two entities use the same confirmed workshop address, but their names and establishment dates are not interchangeable.
| Manufacturing company | Guangzhou Panyu NEW SIYUAN Metal Processing Machinery Factory 广州市番禺区新思远金属加工机械厂 |
|---|---|
| Manufacturing since | 2013, in Panyu District, Guangzhou. This year refers to the manufacturing factory, not the export company. |
| Non-vehicle export company | Guangzhou Xinsiyuan Technology Co., Ltd. Chinese registered name: 广州市新偲远科技有限公司. The English name is used for trading communication; it is not presented as an English name on the Chinese business licence. |
| Export company established | 2014-12-11 (11 December 2014). |
| Confirmed workshop address | Exact Chinese address: 广州市番禺区大龙街傍江西村将军子路7号 English reference: No. 7, Jiangjunzi Road, Bangjiangxi Village, Dalong Street, Panyu District, Guangzhou, Guangdong, China. The Chinese wording is the precise address reference for arranging a visit or delivery. Map pin: 22.949082, 113.399755 on Google Maps. |
| Opening hours | Monday to Saturday, 08:00–18:00 China Standard Time (UTC+8). Times are given in the local time used at the workshop, so overseas buyers can convert to their own working hours. |
| Workforce | About 150 people at this factory. The figure covers the manufacturing factory only; it does not include the sister workshops that run stamping and deep drawing, die casting, injection moulding and wire EDM. |
| Workshop floor area | 8,500 m² at this factory. The sister workshops are counted separately, so a combined footprint across all sites would be a larger number and should not be quoted as this one. |
| Vehicle export orders | See the separate export-role explanation on motorcycle and automotive tube parts. |
We are not affiliated with other companies using the name "Siyuan".
Equipment and tube ranges
Machine diameter classes describe the equipment allocation. Part feasibility still depends on material, section, wall thickness, bend radius and tooling. Tube above Ø150 mm and up to Ø220 mm can be considered for laser cutting only, not bending.
| Tube benders | 8 machines across five diameter classes. |
|---|---|
| Up to Ø150 mm | 1 tube bender. Work above Ø90 mm uses this machine; scheduling is confirmed per order. |
| Up to Ø90 mm | 2 tube benders. |
| Up to Ø63 mm | 2 tube benders. |
| Up to Ø32 mm | 2 tube benders. |
| Up to Ø20 mm | 1 tube bender. |
| Welding equipment | 20 welding machines and stations. |
| Laser tube cutting | 2 tube lasers; maximum tube OD Ø220 mm, stock length 6 m. These are cutting limits, not bending limits. |
| Tube bending range | Ø4–150 mm OD for round tube. Square, oval and other non-round sections are reviewed against the drawing and tooling; the round-tube diameter range is not a universal non-round section limit. |
| Wall thickness | 0.8–5 mm. Diameter, wall, radius and material combinations are confirmed case by case. |
| Materials | Carbon steel; 304 / 316L stainless steel; aluminium 6061 / 6063 / 7075; copper; brass. Material grade, temper and any annealing requirements are checked before acceptance. |
Send the section dimensions, wall thickness, material grade, bend radius and quantity for a tube bending feasibility review. No combination is accepted from the range figures alone.
Standard-bend inspection baselines
The values below are inspection baselines for standard bends, not published batch measurements or a guarantee for every material and geometry. The applicable tolerances and measurement method are agreed against the drawing before the order. Tighter tolerances are quoted against your drawing.
| Bend angle | ±1°. |
|---|---|
| Centreline bend radius | ±1 mm. Radius at the tube centreline, not at its outside surface; measurement method agreed against the drawing. |
| Tangent length | ±1 mm. |
| Cut length | ±0.5 mm. |
| Wall thinning | Maximum 15% on standard bends. |
| Ovality | Maximum 8% on standard bends. |
See quality and inspection for the inspection workflow and document requirements.
Where each process is carried out
Tube bending is the main process. Supporting operations may be performed in the factory, at sister workshops or by external finishing suppliers. These locations are not described as one production line under one roof.
| In the manufacturing factory | Tube bending, laser cutting, CNC machining, sheet metal bending, welding, grinding, sandblasting, electrolytic cleaning and assembly. Electrolytic cleaning is a cleaning process, not electro-polishing. |
|---|---|
| At our sister workshops | Four supporting process groups: stamping and deep drawing; die casting; injection moulding; wire EDM. These operations are at separate workshop locations, not the tube-bending factory address above. |
| External finishing | Plating, powder coating, painting and mirror polishing are outsourced to third-party finishing suppliers. Bare parts can be supplied when the customer arranges the finish. |
For component scope, see handrail and guardrail tube components or motorcycle and automotive tube parts. We supply bent tube parts and welded sub-assemblies, not finished machines or complete rail systems.
Order size, timing and destinations
Prototype and production timing are separate. The drawing, tooling, material availability, order quantity and finishing requirements are reviewed before the delivery date is confirmed.
| Prototype MOQ | 1 piece. One-off prototypes and small trial batches are accepted; prototype costs and sample freight are paid by the customer. |
|---|---|
| Standard prototype timing | 3 days for standard round tube with existing tooling and an approved, complete drawing, after the sample charge is received. This is not a promise for new tooling, non-standard material or every diameter/radius combination. |
| Production lead time | Typically 25–40 days after approval, subject to quantity, tooling, material and finishing. The schedule is confirmed per order. |
| Shipment destinations | Parts have shipped to 8 countries: France, Hungary, Egypt, Thailand, Algeria, Sudan, Kazakhstan and South Africa. Destination history is not a certification or regulatory approval. |
Certification, requested documents and limits
Put any material-certificate or testing requirements in the RFQ. We check the issuing source, batch availability and testing arrangements before accepting a document requirement; these are not standing promises of available reports.
| ISO 9001 status | We are not currently ISO 9001 certified. The previous certificate expired on 2025-09-08. The expired certificate is not evidence of current certification, and no renewal status is claimed here. |
|---|---|
| EN 10204 3.1 requirements | EN 10204 3.1 material test certificates are issued by the material mill, not self-issued by this tube-bending factory. State this requirement in the RFQ; supplier and order-batch availability must be confirmed before it is agreed. |
| Salt spray requirements | State the required test standard, duration and reporting requirement in the RFQ. Test arrangements, laboratory and report availability are agreed separately for the order; no fixed test duration or laboratory is promised here. |
| EN 1090 | We do not hold EN 1090 certification and do not offer EN 1090-certified structural steelwork. |
| IATF 16949 | We do not hold IATF 16949 certification. |
| Safety-critical applications | We do not accept safety-critical vehicle parts, such as forks, brakes or steering components, or safety-critical aircraft parts. |
