Privacy notice for website enquiries
We use the information you send through this website, email or WhatsApp to reply to your enquiry, assess your part and prepare a quotation. The website form uses Web3Forms, and site delivery and usage measurement use Cloudflare. This notice explains these enquiry channels and how to contact us about your information.

Website contacts and company roles
NewSiyuan Tube presents tube fabrication by Guangzhou Panyu NEW SIYUAN Metal Processing Machinery Factory (广州市番禺区新思远金属加工机械厂). Guangzhou Xinsiyuan Technology Co., Ltd. (广州市新偲远科技有限公司) handles non-vehicle export orders and related commercial enquiries; it is separate from the manufacturing factory.

Information you provide

The website form does not accept file uploads. Drawings may follow by email or WhatsApp. Please send only information needed to review the part and order, and avoid unrelated personal records or confidential material you are not authorised to share.
Why we use enquiry information
We use your contact and part information to answer questions, check manufacturing feasibility, prepare quotations and communicate about samples or orders. Relevant staff may review the enquiry for these purposes. Technical information may also be processed to deliver, protect and measure use of the website.
If an enquiry becomes an order, we may retain relevant correspondence and order records for fulfilment and applicable recordkeeping obligations. This notice does not describe an advertising sign-up or require consent to unrelated marketing to send an enquiry.
Service providers and external links

Some service providers and enquiry recipients may process information in countries other than your own, including China. Processing locations depend on the channel and provider. We do not claim that all enquiry information stays in your country.
We have not verified every provider's current cookie configuration or technical-log retention setting. This notice therefore does not promise a cookie-free site, no technical data collection or a particular provider retention period.
Retention
We retain enquiry information only as needed to handle the enquiry, associated quotations or orders, and applicable obligations. Retention depends on whether the enquiry proceeds to an order and which records must be kept. We do not state that a fixed deletion period applies to every message, order record or service-provider log.
Access, correction or deletion requests
Email hi@newsiyuantube.com if you want to ask about information you have sent, correct it or request deletion. Include the email address or enquiry details needed to locate the record, but do not send unnecessary identity documents. We may need to verify that the request concerns your information.
We consider requests subject to applicable law and any obligation to retain relevant records. Requests about data held independently by WhatsApp, your email provider or another platform may also need to be directed to that provider. We do not promise a fixed response deadline or removal of records that must legally be kept.
Updates to this notice
This notice should be reviewed when enquiry channels, website measurement or data-handling arrangements change. The update date above identifies the version of this notice; it is not a certification of legal compliance.
