Four ways to reach the workshop: WhatsApp, email, the landline and the form below. Whichever you use, the first reply answers one question — can this part be bent within Ø4–150 mm, in this material and wall, at this radius — and says what tooling it needs. A price follows the drawing, not the message.
| +86 139 2244 4186 — the fastest route, and the only one that works well for photographs taken on a phone. Use it when the part is in front of you and you want to know whether it can be copied. | |
| hi@newsiyuantube.com — for files. PDF, DWG, DXF and STEP all open here. If a drawing set is larger than a few megabytes, send the part drawing and the tube table first; the rest can follow. | |
| Landline | +86 20 8464 9704 — 08:00–18:00 China time, Monday to Saturday. English or Chinese. Useful for a question that is easier to ask than to type, such as whether a specific die exists. |
| Enquiry form | Below. Four fields. Use it if you would rather not open a mail client, or if you want the enquiry logged with a reference. |
The mobile number +86 191 2920 6253 reaches the same team and is the number to use if the landline is not answered during a holiday period.
A bent tube part can fail a quotation for four reasons that have nothing to do with price: the diameter is outside Ø4–150 mm, the wall is outside 0.8–5 mm, the radius needs a die we do not hold, or the part needs a certificate this factory does not carry. All four are checked before anything else, because finding out at the container is too late for both sides.
A drawing and a quantity are enough to start. A part number alone is not, unless the drawing for that number is attached.
| Photograph | The whole part against a plain background, plus one close-up of a bend. A rule or a tape in the frame helps more than a written dimension. |
|---|---|
| Tube | Outside diameter, wall thickness, and whether the section is round, square or oval. |
| Bend | How many bends, roughly what angle, and the centreline radius if it is known. If it is not known, the photograph is enough to start. |
| Material | Carbon steel, 304, 316L, aluminium, copper. If it is a stainless part that has been outside, say so — 304 and 316L behave differently in salt and that changes the recommendation. |
| Quantity | One piece for a sample, or a batch. Both are accepted; a single piece is the normal way a new part starts here. |
Part numbers and drawings of current customers are never published on this site. If your part is under NDA, that is the normal case here, not an exception.
The WhatsApp number is a customer-service line. The mobile number reaches Yang Mingyuan, the export contact who signs the replies from this site. Neither number quotes prices: the price is checked by the engineering team and reviewed by the owner before it is released.
A drawing and a quantity get a feasibility answer first and a price second. If the part sits outside Ø4–150 mm, you hear that in the first reply.
Starting points: tube bending capability · parts by industry · inspection and documents · the numbers behind the factory.
Tube size, wall, radius and how many pieces. If the radius needs a new die, you hear that in the first reply along with the lead time.
